“Customization” - For an additional $100.00 you may customize your corporate script to your business as well as your locator statement.

Message On Hold Program includes:
Programs include 6 statements with music in between - written by Medicine Shoppe Corporate Office.

You receive (1) statement referred to as a  “locator statement” (no more than 70 words). 
You may say what ever you want about your specific store (location address, hours, services you provide, etc). 

Once we have your script it’s a (3) day or less turn around time. 

Your new productions are provided every (3) month’s.  At the beginning of each quarter, January, April, July and October.

Equipment:
We provide the MOH equipment and maintain it.  If anything goes wrong with the equipment, we replace it and include a shipping label to return the old equipment.  The equipment remains property of Premier Communications and will need to be returned should the service ever be discontinued.
